Yesterday I was wondering what I could make from only a few ingredients that was meat-free, healthy, and EASY. I stumbled upon this recipe in AZ Magazine, which calls for only seven ingredients. This will quickly become one of my favorites for its deliciousness and simplicity-only takes a total of 20 minutes to make.

The most difficult part of this pizza is cutting the tomatoes. Of course, I managed to cut myself (big shocker).
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. feta cheese
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- sea salt to taste
- 2 pre-made personal pizza crusts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine olive oil and garlic
- Sprinkle sea salt over crusts
- Brush mixture on each personal crust
- Crumbled feta cheese (using more is always optional)
- Slice cherry tomatoes and place on crusts
- Add a tsp of oregano to both crusts
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
- Enjoy!
